Handling Data from GREON buoys which may come from different locations

    Description

      This year we have two buoys which are at new lat longs - we need to make sure that this is being handled

      Then going forward we need to look at designing a naming convention for the Locations so that we can assign different buoys as needed

      Once the design is done - we need to audit and manipulate the database so existing data confirms to the new naming and storage convention
