Below is a request from EPA regarding the trend sites and they are requesting a timeline.

Ted: Here is how I plan to respond:

I will propose we have the universe of NO3 sites to them to explore/choose from by August 21. Diego and I will need to complete the process we have been working on and additionally do the “gauge matching” process to pair flow with the water quality data. … (this all depends on the water quality portal being functional again). Will Diego have time to devote to this in the next two weeks?

After that, they’re asking how long it will take to do the actual WRTDS analysis on 1-2 sites- I believe I can knock that part out in just a few days, so I’ll say about a week.

The last parts are storyboard and dashboard mockup. I think for this we can be using our current Trend Watershed dashboard, we’ll just need to update the data and watershed boundaries and see about some minor interface updates on that page, so maybe about a week. We’ll have to get storyboard information from the monitoring group.

      So timeline in summary:

Aug 24 - List of NO3 sites (including matched gauges)

Aug 31 – HTF chooses a couple sites that we can do analysis on

Sept 8 – WRTDS is run and outputs available

Sept 14 – Dashboard Mockup done

      Sept 21 Storyboard drafted

Week of Sept 28 HTF meeting
