We should be able to add a description field to the app.config.parameters so that, for example, on the Detail View we can have an info modal that explains the following:

• General info for the public regarding what each parameter is, and how it impacts the bigger picture
• how values were calculated
• explains any missing ranges of datapoints
• provide an explanation of what the units mean (for those who are not scientists)
