Add Spring/Summer selectors.

      Wet chemistry sample data has specific visualization requirements. This includes separating the samples by season, i.e. Spring/Summer. For this data Spring is defined as ~March/April/May, Summer is ~July/August/September. Add new checkboxes for Spring and Summer. When just Spring is selected, only sample values in Spring should be displayed, same for Summer. Show all data when both Spring and Summer are displayed. The detail view needs to know about the data set so it knows when to provide this extra UI.
