This issue is created per request from sbrad77.

mpitcel2 will work with marcus and lmarini to setup a Nebula VM for the purpose of running parsers for IMLCZO. 

Do after IMLCZO-217, IMLCZO-228, and IMLCZO-233 (new parser code).

Parser Configs to Setup:

• Flux Tower
• Allerton non-Decagon
• Fowler Farm
• River Bend
• Mahomet (needs file share setup also) (Mahomet may be setup with old-style parser first until items are merged to Master IMLCZO-240)
