Note: Per meeting on 2/23/18, wait to parse this data until a decision is made for what data should be parsed (RAW or PROCESSED).

Per email communication, RAW data for Fowler Farm and River Bend should be parsed, but noted that it is RAW on Geodashboard in the Site description.
