Description
All IMLCZO data should be accessible to all Clowder Users for download.
When Users are added to Clowder, they should also have this new access automatically.
This should be done by the AGU Fall 2018 Meeting.
Note: This should not be implemented on IMLCZO PROD Clowder until team members have had time to indicate if a Space/Collection/Dataset should not be included in this endeavor per email from Praveen.
Implementation may be a followup task.
