I’m getting this on dap1.ncsa.illinois.edu ever since I upgraded to 14.04 when I do a git pull:

> git pull
fatal: unable to access 'https://kmchenry@opensource.ncsa.illinois.edu/stash/scm/pol/polyglot.git/': gnutls_handshake() failed: Handshake failed

Rob, I tried this:

and it did nothing. So I tried this:

and it gives me the exact same error for openssel now instead of gnutls. I reverted back to the default packages for now.
