Basically, this is a copy of extractor-0003, so maybe the best thing is to clone it if possible. If not:

Vm specs as extractor-0003. Extractor requires matlab 2013a.

In my opinion the easiest way of installing this extractor is copying the files from extractor-0003 located in /home/browndog/extractors/matlab/Caltech101Extractor
Conf file for the upstart script can be also found in extractor-0003.
