We have a avocent KVM switch in the rack in room 2005. Please work with Bruce to have this switch be fixed. Right now the monitor seems to be in a funky state where it rapidly switches on and off. The KVM was purchased as part of groupscope.

The system was purchased late December early January and is a Dell R720xd. Unfortunately I do not have the NCSA number. The quote from Dell is 671168598.

The KVM supposedly has 2 years of warranty.
