Given a collection of scientific names (taxon name + author name) look up each in WoRMS (http://marinespecies.org/), flag those that do not occur in WoRMS, and return a WoRMS (taxon) GUID for the scientific name for each record that is found in WoRMS.

Look for WoRMS service wrapper in FP repo (or for references to Aphia ids).
