In ASNHC mammal data set (see DwC archive download link on http://www.gbif.org/dataset/f9772d3a-db34-4a33-baa0-7a016a970358 ), had to edit the header line of occurrence.csv to get it to process with FP-Akka.

Issues:

(1) FP-Akka CSV data loading is case sensitive for dwc vocabulary.
(2) had to edit Latitute to decimalLatitude, likewise for Longitude to decimalLongitude
(3) There was no indication that data wasn't being loaded, thus need a workflow actor to sanity check the input and give the user feedback (e.g. a mapped record on the console) early in the run.
