Add YesWorkflow markup to SciNameServiceParent and at least a
couple of its child services (e.g. COLService and IPNIService). This
tests the ability of YesWorkflow to describe logic within an object
oriented framework (SciNameServiceParent is a child of
BaseCurationService, IPNIService, COLService, IndexFungorumService,
WoRMSService, and GBIFService are children of SciNameServiceParent and
are varously composed with ICZNAuthorNameComparator and
ICNafpAuthorNameComparator, while SciNameServiceParent can also invoke
SciNameServiceUtil).

Use current YW features to mark up individual classes above and evaluate how well current and planned YW features capture their behavior, and how adapting the code to fit the YW model could constrain how we implement these and similar classes.
