YesWorkflow currently supports @URI annotations giving the path templates for data files input or output by a script. A new 'recon' command should be added that (1) searches for all files that match the URI templates in a script, (2) extracts values of the URI template variables for each concrete URI, and (3) saves the extracted variable values as prolog/datalog facts.
