Currently YW rereads all of the source files, finds annotations and builds a workflow model from scratch in response to a yw model, yw graph, or yw recon command and optionally saves its results to datalog/prolog facts files . YW should read extract-facts and model-facts from previously written files if they are newer than the source files (similar to the behavior of make), unless an option is given forcing the rereading of sources.
