Somebody from the MAE Center needs to provide validation data for the Idriss NGA attenuation. Preferably, someone would prepare a spreadsheet similar to the ones in the past that show sample calculations under various input conditions. This should be something we can reproduce as unit tests so we need:

1) Inputs used
2) Sample outputs for various periods
