In some cases, networks block port 80 and/or 8080 and the ROI server fails because the user cannot access those ports. MAEviz should pop up a dialog saying that the ports might be blocked and to try using vpn or contact their network administrator about 80/8080 being blocked. Just failing to connect is not the best way to handle this.
