Current MAEviz (geotools) dosen't support good way of shifting datums (such as from NAD83 to WGS84). So, current Maeviz supports only WGS84. In order to enforce the projection, the ingestion wizard checks the projection of the shapefile and gives the error if there is no projection nor non-WGS84 projection.
