For building damage analysis and Building Damage by Field analysis, all of the documentation is on one page....each of these wizards should contain an Overview page that explains what the purpose of the analysis is.

We can pull the theory/background out of what Josh gave us and pull that up to the overview page for both of these wizards. Then, we should add a short blurb on the purpose:

Building Damage Analysis: This analysis allows users to select individual fragility keys for each building in the dataset to produce structural damage. Caution, large datasets can cause this UI to run slowly so the user may want to consider filtering the dataset down to their buildings of interest or use the Building Damage by Field Analysis.

Building Damage by Field: This analysis handles large datasets better than the Building Damage analysis, but provides less flexibility since fragility keys are assigned by a common field (e.g. set all C1 structures to use the low-code fragility key).
