If you export a building fragility mapping file, the <mapping-dataset> </mapping-dataset> tags that were added upon ingestion are left in the exported file. If you re-ingest the file, those tags result in improper ingestion of the file. It also leads users to believe those tags are required if they want to make a new fragility mapping.

Those tags should be stripped out when the file is exported.
