The fragility mapping needs some work to finalize a format that covers our use cases and supplies a User Interface for editing purposes. Right now, the only way to edit a fragility mapping is to go in by hand with a text editor. If we supplied an interface similar to the GIS filtering UI that could build the xml files or edit the current ones, that would be really helpful to users.
