Example:

If you open the bridge functionality analysis and create a bridge damage outside of that analysis (e.g. you open up the bridge damage analysis by going back to the execute analysis button) and create the bridge damage dataset, pressing the refresh button on the bridge functionality analysis page should populate the "bridge damage" drop down box, similar to if I closed bridge functionality and reopened it, that field would find that I have a bridge damage available. Refresh should only add it to the drop down list, it should not auto select it.
