The way social vulnerability works is you compute the intersection of the developed area and the census tract and feed that dataset into the social vulnerability analysis. The problem is you need to iterate over each feature in the intersected dataset AND you need access to all of the intersected features simultaneously because you must find the features related to the feature you are currently working on in the task. So, two input fields were made for the Social Vulnerability UI that take the same dataset. The first dataset is the one that is iterated over and the second is available so we can find the features that are related to the feature we are working on in the task. This makes the UI confusing and must be fixed.
