To support Omar's work we need the a structure which can support multiple data objects in a single Dataset.

Requirements:

• This object should be treated as a normal FeatureDataset for a given "active" sub-object.
• The object must also implement a given interface (perhaps CollectionDataset) so we can attach specific actions to it.
