Current export doesn't use "filter from the layer. It needs to be improved by giving users options to choose "use filter" or "not use filter".
In order to do this, current export mechanism needs to be changed. Current mechanism for shapefile is copying the files to export location. Instead of using copying mechanism, it should read the dataset and write the dataset again by using proper datasetfacotry.
