Saving the UseCases added an additional lag on the UI because for every keystroke, every drop down selection, the listener change is called and the scenario xml file is saved. This puts a severe drag on the UI feel. We need to do something more like check every 30 seconds to see if the UI is dirty and call save, or if the execute button is pressed, save right away.

Otherwise, my UI locks up a lot while typing in the result name and making selections.
