here's another stupid question for you guys... how do I filter a dataset?

I ran some analyses using the bridge dataset, and I noticed that a LOT of the entitites are "other", which apparently just sit there and are unaffected by the earthquake. That sort of puts some bias in the functionality results, doesn't it? :-P

anyway, I tried right-clicking on the functionality dataset, and selecting "filter", then I tried doing things with the "class" field, like...

class <> "other"

class Not "other"

class Not Like "other"

but none of those did anything. Am I missing something?
