Loading dataset is broken when input dataset is null. Currently, NBSR has a input field (table dataset field: demand profile) that is needed only for dynamic traffic assignment (DTA) model, not for static traffic assignment (STA) model. So, when NBSR uses STA, the demand profile field is null and analysis framework can't load the dataset.
