I expect the main problem is in the input_families_data.txt file. The number of displaced families should rounded. I think the model is not able to read the decimal values.

However, there are some other issues in the data_analysis_displacement_distance.txt file that will affect the reulst:
1) The Temporary_housing_ID field: Those IDs should be in the same order as they appear in the "input_temporary_housing_data.txt" file
2) The Preferred_Zone_ID field: The preferred zone should be limited to those in the "input_families_data.txt" file and the preferred zones IDs should be in the same order as they appear in the "input_families_data.txt" file.
