Right now, the repository auto-update only happens when a button is pressed. Should change so that every time MAEviz starts up, it compares timestamp of the repository service and timestamp of the last time it was checked, and auto-updates if there are new changes. When the auto-update occurs, still show the UI, so the user can choose NOT to use repositories. Then, get rid of the cheesy code that forces repository connections.
