With a fresh brand new install following the 1.2 clean installation guide, I have then logged in and gone to the permissions and set "view data, view member pages" for the Anonymous user. However when I log out and click on "data" I can see in my logs:

2011-11-21 10:10:44,204 [http-8080-6] DEBUG edu.illinois.ncsa.mmdb.web.server.dispatch.HasPermissionHandler - User http://cet.ncsa.uiuc.edu/2007/person/anonymous does not have permission View member pages

Any Ideas why this is occuring? Even if I set all the permissions for Anonymous it still will display same behavior
