Uploading a folder fails to complete upload and create a category. The web app throws an incomplete error and the data is not added to the store. See attached images for error and app state.

• This should be reviewed and fixed in 1.2 unless it's high risk/complex issue. Else, a release note needs to be created about this known issue.
