PTM-to-3D extractor takes params that have different optimal values for different PTMs. Up to now, these coiuld be passed for individual PTMs by adding them to the uploaded PTM's filename before uploading it, with them then trimmed by Medici and sent to the extractor as params. It would be good if that was also possible for ZIP files, with the params in the ZIP file's filename to be passed as params for all PTMs in the ZIP file.
