We have whole files and sections of files. We want to be able to index them in separate indexes, and to query them separately depending on user's choice. For this, we have created a mongoDB collection called 'census' (which will need to be renamed in the future). If an index stores sections - it will be in the 'census' collection.

When indexing a section - make sure it gets added to indexes with sections only (this part is done).
When indexing a whole file - make sure it gets added to indexes with whole files only (this needs to be done).
