When a new index is created, admin can assign a name to it. If a new index will contain sections (returned by an extractor, e.g. 'face' or 'census' sections) - select a type for an index.

Since indexes are stored on Versus, need a way to keep information about name/type on Medici.

For this, create a mongo db collections that would hold index id, index name, and index type for each index that has name and/or type fields. When an index is deleted - remove corresponding line from mongo db collection. In admin page, when all indexes are listed, display name and/or type.
