A change was made in previous tasks to allow for names and descriptions of datasets to be edited. Since the text is free-form, it has to be encoded for transport. Upon retrieval and display, it then has to be decoded. This was being done by making the case class mutable for those fields. That should not be the case, and this task will rectify that.
