Ensure that this isn't a duplicate, or that it was not fixed elsewhere, as I feel it was. If not, fix by decoding the dataset free-text elements that are being displayed through the Collections detail page during listing of contained datasets, and in the Files detail page, during listing of datasets that do not contain it.
