Following error is thrown when trying to access the file page. This is being observed in the VAT video file page but could be found in other instances too.

Fatal error: Theme CSS could not load after 20 sec. Please download the latest theme at http://galleria.io/customer/.

It does't seem to be common issue though and I could not replicate in any of the machines/browsers I use. Will record this bug for the time being and if it becomes pretty common issue we can look into it.
