In some environments, Play detects certain files (e.g. raw images from digital cameras) as one filetype and in others as another. It would be good if we could control the mimetype Play sees for those files so as for them to be able to be forwarded to the correct extractors.

Currently, Play only considers the mimetype.conf file if it doesn't see a non-default (e.g. application/octet-stream) filetype.
