lmarini was entering a comment in. On initial submission, the text is there since it is updated locally, however upon refresh of the page the text of the comment disappears. The comment remains, however the text appears to be gone for good.

NOTE: Doesn't happen every time, so focus on reproducibility first.

mfelarca Noted that this was a result of newlines, so it was decided to fix this, as newlines should be preserved in the comments. Additionally, other places where this may be an issue, Dataset and Collection names and descriptions, was handled as part of this bugfix as well.
