There are 2 different predicates in use for marking an object as deleted. The predicate in the util classes should be the one used, there are other predicates used throughout the code.

Correct predicate is Dc.REPLACED_BY, throughout the code people are using a hardcoded uri to http://purl.org/dc/terms/isReplacedBy, this is not the same as the DC term.
