I uploaded several different collections. I noticed that there were some duplicate images in some of the collections. I don't believe this was something I did, but I could be wrong on that. Looking at the times, etc. I am 99% certain that I did not upload any images twice.
Regardless, there seems to be a sorting issue.
In order to see if there were duplicates, I changed the sort order to Ascending by Title A-Z thinking that if there were duplicates they would be listed right next to each other. (I did not give any of the images Titles, I assumed the filename was the default title, is that correct?)
However, instead of seeing the duplicates next to each other, they appeared like this: (This is an exact listing from the 02-16-2010 collection):
