Provide a design of the restful interface by providing sample restuful calls that one would be able to make.

Initial design should include ways to 1) download, upload and delete particular image (with or without metadata) 2) create/delete a new collection 3) retrieve a list of urls in a particular collection (so that each url points to a separate resource giving information about that image or the image itself) 4) add and remote images from a collection

... and anything else that might be necessary for a first iteration.
