currently you have to click "add tag" to add a tag, then when it is added, if you want to add another one you have to click "add tag" first. Instead the add tag text box and associated controls should be open on page load, and hitting "enter" should add a tag, open a new text box / controls, and focus on that text box, so you can add another.
