In IE, after uploading images their previews will appear in the upload status view. Upon returning to the dataset list the thumbnails are not shown--gray squares appear instead. This is because IE does not call an error handler on an image more than once per session (or there's some long timeout on it) and PreviewWidget was depending on that to get the image to show.
