Move tag list functionality from the DatasetBeanPage to the Tag View. This includes clickability (select all images using that tag), and
adding ability to remove a tag from a dataset or collection.

Was: Have tag list scroll independently of rest of display in dataset view. Currently if there are a lot of tags the rest of the basic dataset metadata (contributor, date) scrolls off the window.
