We have access to the TERRA data on ROGER and the full-field stitching algorithm is complete.  Define how we will turn this into a WB demonstration that uses a notebook for exploratory work and can actually launch the stitching on a larger data subset either via PBS or Clowder.

Completion criteria:

• Confluence page describing use case and any findings
• Prototype notebook, if possible
• One or more JIRA tickets to address any remaining work
