We know that the NGINX ILB has support for Oauth but need to get back to a full understanding of where we left off in April. Revisit the old tickets and design documentation.  Confirm that the NGINX ILB is now working as expected.  Update or create new tickets and revise design documentation so we can move forward to add Oauth support.  Keep in mind now that we're focusing on CILogon integration as the first target.
