Now that we have a basic Workbench SSO prototype, it's time to properly integrate it with the Workbench webui.

This will include:

1. Pull token from cookie (instead of from localStorage) - use $cookieStore instead of localStorage
2. Temporarily hide the landing page, forgot password, and sign-up views

This ticket is complete when authenticating via the SSO prototype drops the user onto their dashboard, fully logged in with their token loaded and ready to send requests.
