On Tuesday 10 / 03 sometime in the afternoon, a few Workbench instances started having the same issue -  random "Read-only filesystem" coming from paths that are mounted from OpenStack volumes.

The errors on the EarthCube workbench are preventing etcd from starting, which is obviously problematic.

Notable instances:

• earthcube-workbench (141.142.210.99) complained about /var/lib/docker/containers from earthcube-volume
• hackathon-ops (141.142.210.160) complained about /data from ops-data

This ticket is complete when we triage the reason behind the ReadOnly Filesystem error, and remount the data as writable.
